Through gameplay, players are required to make choices that reflect either destructive practices or sustainable alternatives. Actions such as illegal logging and illegal mining hinder progress, while responsible environmental decisions support recovery and growth. This structure allows players to clearly see the cause and effect relationship between human activity and environmental outcomes.
ATi is grounded in Ghanaian context, incorporating familiar names, landscapes, and environmental realities. By reflecting local experiences, the game makes climate and environmental education more relatable and accessible, particularly for young people.
Overall, ATi uses mobile gaming as a learning tool to raise awareness, build environmental consciousness, and promote responsible decision making around deforestation and illegal mining in Ghana.
