5. Manage daily tasks together using the built-in shared task list
Why HelloNanny Plus?
- 400+ verified profiles. Every nanny is reviewed by our admin team before appearing in your feed. Identity documents and background checks are part of onboarding.
- Video introductions. Watch a short self-intro video before you ever send a message. No more guessing from a static photo and bullet points.
- AI-powered real-time translation. Chat in English, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, French, or any language. One tap translates any message via Google Gemini.
- Smart swipe shortlisting. Build your liked list at your own pace. Return any time to review and reach out.
- Shared task management. Create daily, weekly, or one-time tasks from our built-in templates (cleaning, childcare, cooking, laundry, shopping, and more) and share them live with your nanny.
- Video calling. Connect face-to-face before committing to a hire, directly inside the app.

For nannies and maids:
HelloNanny Plus is also available in Thai, Burmese, and Lao. Register your profile, upload a short intro video, browse job posts from families, and chat directly with potential employers, all in your preferred language.
Subscription and pricing:
Family access is available via a monthly subscription (1,000 THB/month). Subscribers get full access to nanny profiles, chat, swipe, translation, task lists, job posting, and AI-matched recommendations. Families can browse up to 5 nanny profiles for free before subscribing.
The subscription covers access to the digital matching platform. The nanny service itself is a person-to-person arrangement rendered in the family's home, negotiated and agreed directly between the family and the nanny.
This service is also available at hellonanny-san.com on any web browser.
