Pocket bexi
Pocket Bexi is a smart building management app built for property owners and
managers who want a clear, organised view of their buildings' finances — without
the complexity of spreadsheets or full-scale accounting software.

Whether you manage one building or many, Pocket Bexi puts everything you need
in your pocket.

MANAGE MULTIPLE BUILDINGS

Add as many buildings as you need. Each building has its own full financial
record — expenses, income, apartments, and tenants — all kept separate and
neatly organised.

FLOOR & APARTMENT STRUCTURE
──────────────────────────────
Set up your building exactly as it is in real life. Define floors, add
apartments to each floor, and assign tenant contact details (name, phone,
email) to each unit. Your building hierarchy is always one tap away.

EXPENSE TRACKING

Log every building expense with a category, description, amount, date, and an
optional receipt photo. Categories include Electricity, Water, Gas, Cleaning,
Maintenance, Elevator, Security, Internet, and more. Never lose track of where
the money goes.

RENT & INCOME RECORDING

Record rent payments and other income per apartment. Each payment entry
includes the amount, date, description, and an optional receipt image. Tenant
contact details are saved alongside each payment so you always know who paid
what and when.

PAYMENT STATUS TRACKING

Mark each income entry as Paid, Pending, or Overdue with a single tap. The
Overview screen shows the effective payment status per apartment at a glance —
if any payment is overdue, the apartment shows as Overdue. If all payments are
settled, it shows as Paid. Stay on top of late rent without digging through
records.

FINANCIAL OVERVIEW & CHARTS

Get an instant summary of total income, total expenses, and net balance for
each building. A bar chart shows income vs expenses side by side for the last
6 months so you can spot trends at a glance. Expenses are also broken down by
category so you know where costs are highest.

PDF REPORTS

Generate a full building report as a PDF in seconds. Each report includes a
financial summary, a complete expenses table, and an income breakdown by
apartment with tenant names and payment status. Share or print it directly
from your phone.
