Akkoç Mobile is the official internal application developed to digitize the daily field operations, task assignments, and delivery processes of drivers working within Akkoç Logistics.
The application ensures seamless communication between the central office and vehicles in the field, while its advanced features lighten the workload of drivers and minimize human error in data entry. This application is exclusively for use by authorized drivers within the Akkoç Logistics operational network.
Key Features:
Real-Time Task Tracking: Instantly view the trips, loading and unloading points assigned by the central operations team. Update task statuses with a single click and transmit real-time information to the center.
AI-Powered Tachograph Reading (OCR): No need to manually enter your mileage! Use the smart camera feature within the application to scan your tachograph screen; the system will automatically detect and process your updated mileage data.
Complete Document Management: Photograph your delivery notes, customs documents, or expense receipts directly through the application and securely transmit them to the central office. All your transportation documents will instantly take their place in the digital archive.
Location-Based Delivery Verification: Arrival and departure statuses at loading and unloading points are securely verified thanks to location services integration. The process becomes transparent for both the company and the customer.
Security and Privacy Focused: Location and device camera/gallery data collected within the scope of our company policies and GDPR disclosure text are used only for the purpose of ensuring the smooth running of logistics operations and are securely stored end-to-end on company servers.
(Note: To log in to the Akkoç Mobile application, you must have the driver account credentials assigned to you by Akkoç Logistics. New account creation processes are only carried out by company management.)
