SYMT Home Security Guard
Home Security Guard is the operational tool for security personnel in gated communities managed with the platform.

Restricted access: This app requires credentials provided by the security company or the community management that contracts you. It is not a public-use app.

With Home Security Guard, guard personnel can:

• Validate temporary passes by scanning the visitor's QR code or capturing the PIN.

• Confirm visitor entry and register their exit, synchronizing with the community's access control system.

• Consult the operational log with filters by date, type of movement, and resident.

• Receive and respond to SOS alerts from residents in real time.

• Answer calls and chats from residents with CallKit-style notifications on the lock screen.

• Initiate a call or chat with a resident of a specific house from the directory.

• Create temporary passes on-site for visitors arriving without prior notice (if authorized by the resident). • Report incidents with photos, time, and type of event for documentation purposes.

• View shift KPIs: passes processed, alerts handled, calls answered.

Built for 24/7 operation:

• Priority push notifications (even with the screen locked).

• VoIP/CallKit priority calls on iOS so you never miss an alert.

• Functional design optimized for continuous use in the booth.
