◆ Support for Price Pass-Through

In recent years, due to the instability of the global situation and the impact of the situation in the Middle East,
the raw material prices for sealing materials have fluctuated significantly.
If the purchase price rises, it is necessary to accurately reflect that in the estimate and submit it to the general contractor to pass on the price increase.

By utilizing this app's "Price Revision Function," you can instantly reflect the latest purchase prices in the master data, allowing you to issue quotations with the correct unit prices for each project.
This significantly streamlines the price pass-through process and supports the securing of appropriate profits.

【1. Instant On-Site Estimate Calculation】
Simply enter the material width (mm), depth (mm), and construction length (m), and the app automatically calculates material costs and labor costs.

It instantly calculates the total amount from the determined unit price.

[2. Pre-registered Materials from Major Manufacturers & Free Customization]
Representative sealants from major manufacturers such as Konishi, Sunstar, Hamatite, and Cemedyne are pre-registered as initial data.
You can update prices to your own purchase prices using the "Price Revision" function, and add new materials with the "+" button to create your own personalized master database.
Material categories (modified silicone / polyurethane / polysulfide / silicone, etc.) can also be freely entered and classified.

[3. Support for Triangular Seals]
Simply select between regular joints and triangular seals (corner seals), and the material coefficient will be automatically calculated.
When triangular seals are selected, the material cost is halved, and accurate estimates can be created while keeping labor costs the same.

[4. Automatic Calculation of Required Can Quantity]
By entering the width, depth, and length of the joint to be installed, the number of sealant cans required is automatically calculated.
It also takes waste rates into account, making it perfect for reference when ordering.

[5. Generate A4 Quotation PDF]
Output the calculated quotation in a professional "Quotation/Breakdown (Excluding Tax)" format as an A4 PDF.
It can be used directly for submission to the main contractor.
• Input field for recipient (main contractor name)
• 8 columns: Name, Specifications, Quantity, Unit, Unit Price, Amount, Material, Remarks
• Automatic calculation of subtotal, consumption tax (10%), and grand total
• Triangular sticker automatically displayed in the remarks column

[6. Instantly Share PDF via LINE/Gmail]
The generated PDF can be sent with one tap from the Android standard share sheet to LINE, Gmail, Google Drive, etc.

[7. Site-Specific Quotation History Management]
Saved quotations are grouped by site.
The lock icon prevents accidental deletion, and the trash can icon allows you to delete entire sites.

[8. Price Revision Function (Price Pass-Through Support)]
When raw material prices and purchase prices fluctuate,
you can individually update unit prices from the "Price Revision" button on the material list screen.
With material costs continuing to rise due to global circumstances,
let's ensure profitability through frequent price revisions.

[9. Rounding Function]
Convenient when you want to round the 1m unit price to a convenient 10 yen increment.
You can manually fine-tune it to create an estimate that is easy to submit to the main contractor.
