This app was created with a single goal: provide accurate weather information without monetizing your attention or your data.

Your location is only used to request weather data from the National Weather Service and is never sent anywhere else.

WHY THIS APP EXISTS

Weather is public information.

Many platforms are increasingly moving toward ads, subscriptions, and data collection. I got tired of clicking for a detailed forecast only to be presented with a completely unusable webpage inundated with ads and pop-ups.

This project is a small step in the opposite direction by keeping weather simple, accessible, and free for everyone.
