Podo Todo — Collect Your Day

Podo Todo is a simple yet powerful daily planner. Your to-do list, a monthly calendar, and a daily schedule sit side by side on one clean screen.

Plan your day in minutes
Write down what you need to do. Give an event a start date and time, a duration, and a deadline — or leave it undated until you're ready. Add it from the to-do list, from a day on the calendar, or straight onto an hour in the schedule.

Organize with categories
Group events into your own categories, each with its own color. That color follows the event everywhere: as a bar in the list, a dot on the calendar, and the fill of a block on the schedule. Tap a category tab to see just that group, or the star tab to see only what matters most.

Repeat without repeating yourself
Set an event to repeat daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or yearly. Weekly lets you pick several weekdays at once, and a preview shows the next three dates so you always know what the rule will do.
Changing a repeating event asks how far the change should reach: this event, this and following, or all events. So moving one week's meeting never disturbs the rest.

See the whole month
The calendar shows every event of the month, one line per event. Tap a day and the schedule jumps to it. Drag an event onto another day to move it.

Visualize your day
The schedule is a timeline in 30-minute steps. Overlapping events sit side by side instead of hiding each other. Drag an event to change its time, or drag its bottom edge to change how long it takes.

Nothing falls through the cracks
Anything unfinished past its date collects in an Overdue section instead of quietly disappearing. Drag it back up to reschedule it to today. Completed events fold away into their own section.

Sync across all devices
Sign in with Google to sync your data in real time across phone, tablet, and desktop. Changes on one device appear instantly on all others.

Back up to Google Calendar
Automatically back up your events to Google Calendar. Your data is always safe and accessible from any calendar app.
