Saswad Sampark Connect Officer - the official field-staff app of Saswad Nagar Parishad.

A purpose-built operations tool for municipal officers, ward staff, and field workers. View your assigned complaints, update progress, upload resolution photos, and stay coordinated with your prabhag leader - all from your phone, in the field.

📋 ASSIGNED TASKS AT A GLANCE
See every complaint assigned to you, prioritised by SLA deadline. Filter by status (new, in progress, resolved) and category (water, roads, sanitation, electricity, etc.). One-tap access to citizen details and complaint location.

📍 NAVIGATE TO THE SITE
Tap any complaint's location pin to open Google Maps and navigate to the issue. Coordinates are captured by the citizen at filing time - no more "where exactly?" calls.

📸 PHOTO-BACKED RESOLUTIONS
Mark a complaint resolved with on-site photo evidence. Upload before/after pictures, log a one-line resolution note, and the case closes for the citizen with full audit trail.

🔄 STATUS UPDATES
Move complaints through the workflow - Acknowledged → In Progress → Resolved - with each step time-stamped. Citizens see real-time progress in their app; your leader sees your daily output in their analytics.
