The Sakina app is your daily companion for drawing closer to God. It's designed to be simple and easy to use for every Muslim who wants to maintain their prayers, remembrances, and Quran recitation anytime, anywhere—completely offline.

📖 The Complete Holy Quran
The complete Quran in the Uthmani script, using the King Fahd Complex for Printing the Holy Quran font—the same font used in the Madinah Mushaf. Browse by Surah or by 30 Juz', automatically resume reading from where you left off, bookmark any verse to return to it, and adjust the font size for comfortable reading.

🔍 Smart Quran Search
Search all verses of the Quran using plain text without diacritics. The search will take you to the verse whether you type "Ar-Rahman" or "Ar-Rahman," or "As-Samawat" or "As-Samawat"—then tap the result to open the verse in its position within the Surah.

📚 Three Approved Interpretations

Click on any verse to instantly read its interpretation from: Al-Tafsir Al-Muyassar (King Fahd Complex for Printing the Holy Qur'an), Al-Mukhtasar fi Al-Tafsir (Tafsir Center for Qur'anic Studies), and the interpretation of Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Saadi. All verses of the Qur'an are fully covered in these three interpretations, and all are available offline.

⏰ Prayer Times
Accurate prayer times for the five daily prayers and sunrise, automatically calculated based on your current location, with a countdown timer for the next prayer. You can also choose the calculation method and school of thought for calculating Asr prayer times to suit your country.

🔔 Prayer Alerts and Reminders
Receive an alert at the start of each prayer time with the Adhan (call to prayer) sound of your choice, along with daily reminders for morning and evening supplications at your convenience.

📿 Remembrance (Adhkar)
A comprehensive collection of authenticated remembrances (adhkar) from the Sunnah (Prophetic tradition), including morning remembrances, evening remembrances, remembrances after prayer, and remembrances for sleeping and waking up. The source of each supplication is mentioned to ensure you are reciting the correct remembrances. Each remembrance has a counter, and you can save your most frequently repeated remembrances.

📿 Glorification (Tasbih)
A simple and fast digital tasbih counter with gentle vibrations for each recitation. It features over 10 selected remembrances and glorifications that you can easily switch between, making it a practical alternative to traditional prayer beads anytime, anywhere.

An accurate Qibla compass helps you determine the direction of the Kaaba from your current location, displaying the approximate distance to Mecca, so you can pray with confidence facing the correct direction.
