My Iceberg gives you a calm place to work with one personal theme at a time.
Start a 30-day challenge around a habit, goal, project, or area of your life you want to understand better. Each day, you can set your focus, write notes, and complete a short retrospective. Over time, your entries create a visible record of what you noticed, what changed, and where your next step may become clearer.
At the center of the app is your personal iceberg.
Instead of using a fixed template, you create your own. Add topics, patterns, friction points, strengths, or challenges that matter to you. Rate how strongly each one affects you and begin to see what has been visible above the surface — and what may have been working underneath.
The iceberg idea was inspired by common ADHD and autism iceberg illustrations, but My Iceberg is not limited to one label. You can use it for focus, self-reflection, habits, personal growth, neurodiversity, motivation, projects, or any area of life where you want more clarity and consistency.
In addition to the 30-day challenge, My Iceberg includes a separate notes area for thoughts outside your current focus, a simple Pomodoro timer for focused work sessions, and short articles and impulses for reflection and progress.
