Lernium is an intelligent educational platform that uses artificial intelligence to create
personalized training programs. The system diagnoses knowledge gaps, tutors
in the form of AI courses created from company documents, and verifies understanding with a final test.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Diagnostics — The platform first determines what the employee knows and where there are gaps. Based on
the initial assessment, it identifies specific areas for improvement.
2. Personalized AI courses — Artificial intelligence generates a course tailored precisely to your company or school documents. No unnecessary repetition of already known topics. You only learn what
you really need.
3. Continuous verification — During learning, you solve checkpoints that verify your
understanding. Key points are summarized before each quiz.
4. Final Test — After completing the course, you will take a timed validation test. Passing it confirms that you understand the material — not just that you read it.
5. Certificate — For successfully completing the courses, you will receive a certificate that you can download and
share.
