Keep track of all your bees:
Manage your apiaries, colonies, and queens in one place. Create as many apiaries as you like, assign colonies, and maintain an overview of your entire beekeeping operation.
Easily document inspections:
Record inspections with just one required field (date). Document brood status, queenrightness, colony strength, temperament, and many other configurable fields. Add photos, voice notes, and videos to record observations.
Treatments, feeding, and harvesting:
Log all treatments (formic acid, oxalic acid, lactic acid, etc.) with quantity and method. Record feedings and honey harvests, including batch traceability for EU food labeling.
Varroa Monitoring:
Keep a Varroa monitoring log with data on natural mite drop, alcohol washes, and sugar rolls. Track the Varroa trend of your colonies in clear charts and react in a timely manner.
Queen Tracking and Breeding Record:
Document the age, breed, markings, and lineage of your queens. Keep a breeding record with queen cells, hatching, mating, and lineage.
QR Codes for Your Colonies:
Generate and print QR code labels for each hive. Scan the code at the apiary and jump directly to the colony – ideal for large colonies.
Weather-Based Recommendations:
The current weather is automatically recorded during each inspection. Receive recommendations for the optimal inspection time based on weather forecasts.
Treatment Protocol as PDF:
Export legally compliant treatment protocols as PDFs for the veterinary office. Create colony reports and inspection reports for printing or archiving.
Offline-first:
Work at your apiary even without an internet connection. All data is cached locally and automatically synchronized when a connection is established.
Synchronized across devices:
Use Apiara on your smartphone, tablet, and desktop. Your data is always up-to-date, no matter which device you're using.
