XInfer Ops
XInfer Ops is the operations dashboard for store staff powered by XInfer. Manage incoming orders, respond to customer queries, keep your product catalog up to date with photos and videos, and stay on top of your storefront — all from your phone or tablet.

Real-Time Order Management
See new orders the moment they arrive. View full order details including customer information, line items, pricing, and shipping status. Update order statuses from new to processing, shipped, and delivered with a single tap. Track payment statuses and mark orders as paid or refunded.

Customer Query Tracking
Monitor customer follow-ups and support queries in one place. See conversation summaries, contact customers directly via email or phone, add staff notes, and move queries through your resolution workflow. High-urgency queries are flagged so nothing falls through the cracks.

Instant Push Alerts
Enable "On Duty" mode to receive push notifications and audible alerts when new orders or queries come in. Customize sound and vibration alerts independently for orders and queries. Alerts play even in silent mode so you never miss a time-sensitive order.

Multi-Location Support
Operating multiple storefronts? Select your active location during sign-in and see only the orders and queries relevant to that store. Switch between locations or view everything across all locations at once.

Product & Media Management
Upload photos and videos from your camera or photo library, or take new ones on the spot. Add new products and update existing ones. Link or unlink a primary photo with any product, and add extra secondary photos and videos to showcase every angle. Quickly find products missing images and assign media in a few taps. Share photos from other apps straight into XInfer Ops. Video playback included.

Storefront QR Code
Generate a QR code linking directly to your storefront. Perfect for in-store signage, receipts, or marketing materials. Location-aware — the QR code links to the correct storefront for your selected location.

Secure Authentication
Sign in with your email and a one-time SMS verification code. Credentials are stored in your device's secure enclave. All communication is encrypted over HTTPS.

Built for Speed
Intelligent caching means your data loads fast. Pull to refresh for the latest information, or let real-time socket connections keep everything up to date automatically. Pagination keeps even large order histories responsive.
