Recovery Aegis
Recovery Aegis is a mobile companion app for revenue recovery officers working across the UK rail network. Designed for field operations, it enables officers to efficiently manage cases, issue unpaid fare notices, and access critical safety features while on duty.

Key Features:

• Create Cases — Issue unpaid fare notices with a guided multi-step flow including passenger details, journey information, fare calculation, photo evidence, and passenger signature capture.

• Offline-First — Full functionality without an internet connection. Cases, intelligence reports, and emergency records are stored locally and automatically synced when connectivity is restored.

• Intelligence Reports — Submit intelligence reports with photo attachments and station/train context directly from the field.

• Notice Validation — Scan QR codes or enter reference numbers to verify previously issued notices.

• Manage Cases — View, search, and filter previously submitted cases with full case details.

• PDF Generation — Automatically generates professional PDF notices with QR codes for on-site printing or sharing.

• Smart Fare Calculation — Uses versioned schedule sets with automatic charge calculation, supporting both adult and minor cases, standard and first class fares.

• Working Context — Officers select their working train service or station at the start of each shift, streamlining case creation and report submission. Recovery Aegis integrates with the Railway Notice Nexus web platform, providing a seamless workflow between field operations and back-office case management. Built with security in mind, featuring encrypted token storage and automatic session management.
