- Catalog postcards, deltiology finds, vintage cards, RPPCs, travel cards, estate finds, flea market discoveries, and family keepsakes
- Photograph the front and the back. On-device text recognition reads what's printed on each card so you can search by what's actually written there
- Record place, era, condition, publisher, series, stamp, postmark, themes, purchase source, estimated value, storage location, trade status, research notes, and family history
- Organize by box, album, or shelf — the way a physical collection is actually stored
- Filter by year, sender, place, theme, or condition. The cached search index makes filtering feel instant
- Track wishlist cards, duplicates, and trade candidates
- Review collection stats and timeline as your archive grows
Encrypted backup, cross-platform
- Save your entire metadata archive to a single passphrase-protected file you control
- The file format is portable across supported Postcard Archive versions, so you can export on Android and restore on another supported device
- The passphrase is yours. We never see it, and we have nothing to recover if you lose it
- The encrypted backup currently round-trips your postcard metadata. Image rehydration in the encrypted backup file is coming in a follow-up release
