TV Remote - Remote for Roku TV helps you navigate menus, control playback, launch installed apps, adjust supported TV controls, and cast media from your phone. Connect your phone and Roku device to the same Wi-Fi network, select your TV, and start controlling it.

EASY REMOTE CONTROL
Use your phone as a virtual remote when your physical remote is unavailable. Access common controls including directional navigation, OK, Home, Back, power, volume, mute, playback controls, and keyboard input.
Available controls may vary depending on the Roku device model and configuration.
APP LAUNCHER
View compatible apps installed on your Roku device and launch them directly from your phone.
App availability depends on your Roku account, installed channels, device model, country, and region. Some third-party services may require separate subscriptions.
CAST PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
Choose supported photos and videos from your Android device and cast them to a compatible Roku TV.
The app may request access to photos or videos only when you choose to use a media-casting feature.
SCREEN MIRRORING
Use the wireless-display option to mirror supported content from your Android device to your television.
Screen-mirroring availability and performance depend on your Android device, Roku model, Wi-Fi connection, and supported system features.
CONNECTION REQUIREMENTS
Your phone and Roku device must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
If your device is not detected:
1. Confirm that both devices use the same Wi-Fi network.
2. Restart the app and Roku device.
3. Temporarily disable VPN or mobile data.
4. On your Roku device, open:
Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Control by mobile apps > Network access
5. Select Default or Permissive where available.
Setting names may vary depending on the Roku software version.
COMPATIBILITY
The app is designed to work with compatible Roku streaming players and Roku TV models, including supported models from TCL, Hisense, Sharp, onn., Philips, JVC, RCA, Element, Sanyo, Magnavox, and Westinghouse.
