Port Sort is a boat sort game that's easy to pick up and surprisingly hard to put down — equal parts quiet dock life and brain-tickling puzzle. Send a ferry out to sea and there's already another queue waiting behind it.

🚢 Simple to start
Tap a boat to move it into a slot. Tap a passenger to board them onto a matching boat. Fill the boat completely and it sets sail on its own, making room for the next. Clear all the queues — level done!

🎨 Nothing happens without you
Here's the fun part: you choose which boat goes into which slot — the game won't decide for you. It's less a race and more a puzzle — a moment to think before you move. Every move you make shapes what comes next — pick wisely and the whole board flows smoothly. Pick carelessly and you'll be untangling the mess yourself.

🔍 Not everything is visible
Only the bottom passenger in each queue is available to board. Everyone else is waiting their turn — and their color stays hidden until they step forward and reveal their true color. Read a few moves ahead and the board opens up. That's the heart of this puzzle: patience over speed, not speed over patience.

🔓 Secrets in every corner
Keys, spawners, and locked slots appear as you play — find the right key to unlock a slot before your queue backs up. Every new mechanic changes how you read the board. Each move matters — send the last ferry sailing and feel the satisfaction of a cleared dock.
