This is not a traditional city simulator where you play as a mayor. Here, you are a private property developer competing against rival companies for the most valuable land in the city.
Buy empty plots, construct residential and business buildings, earn rental income, and expand your portfolio across multiple districts. Watch the market carefully, purchase property when prices fall, and sell or develop your assets when the economy is strong.
Every district has its own population, infrastructure, specialization, demand, and level of prosperity. A successful development must match the needs of the area. Build too many similar properties and competition will reduce their profitability. Create a balanced district, attract residents and businesses, and increase the value of your investments.
Use secured loans to finance expansion, manage monthly payments, survive economic crises, and take calculated risks. Interest rates, rental income, property values, and business stability change together with the economic cycle. A profitable strategy during a growing market may become dangerous during a recession.
Gain influence in city politics, support mayoral candidates, and help direct development resources toward transport, education, and public safety. Improve the districts where you own property—or weaken the strategic position of your competitors.
