    One of the most important questions we hear from our community is: How do I plan my day according to my circadian rhythm? Today, we’re excited to launch BodyClock AI™ to answer that question.

    BodyClock AI Plus gives you personalized recommendations for Deep Sleep, Deep Work, Peak Fitness, and Eating Windows–updated daily based on your tracked sleep, activity, nutrition, and other Apple Health information. You’ll also keep everything you loved in previous subscriptions, including custom categories and unlimited day plans.

    BodyClock AI is your personal circadian coach, helping you align with your body’s rhythms and achieve your greatest goals.
