Paper and pencil games are simply entertaining games that can be played using just a piece of paper and a writing utensil between two players. These games often require no special equipment, making them easy to set up and play on-the-go or in a variety of settings.
The available games are:
1. Tic Tac Toe: The game starts with an empty grid, and one player chooses to play as “X” and the other player as “O”. Players take turns placing their symbol in an empty square on the grid until one player gets three or four of
their symbols in a row, either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
2. Dots and Boxes: Dots and Boxes is a paper and pencil game that is typically played on a rectangular grid of dots. The game can be played by two or more players, and the goal of the game is to have the most squares on the grid at the end of the game. Each player takes turns drawing a line between two adjacent dots on the grid. If a player completes a square by drawing a fourth line, they can put their initials in the square and take another turn. The game ends when all of the squares have been completed, and the player with the most squares wins.
3. SOS: SOS is a two-player paper and pencil game that is played on grid of squares. The game can also be played on a physical or digital board. One player plays as "S" and the other player plays as "O". Players take turns writing their letter in an empty square on the grid. The goal of the game is
to create a vertical, horizontal, or diagonal sequence of three letters that spell out "SOS". When a player creates an "SOS" sequence, they get one point and take another turn. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins.
4. SIM: it is basically a simulation type paper and pencil game. The game can be played by two or more players, and the goal of the game is to draw a triangle using given line. In starting of the game, there are some nodes and transparent line is given. Those transparent line indicates the possibility of drawing line. Only these are possible to draw a triangle. At any turn a line is pressed that will be indicates as a user line using a color. When a player makes a triangle, he will win the game.
5. Pong Hue Ki: Pong Hue Ki is one of the most interesting paper and pencil game. To play this game there need two players. The main target is to block the movement of opponent player. As a player turn you need to choose a stone and a possible empty destination place to move from the board.
The player who can block the movement of opponent he will win.
6. Four in a row : This is a matching type paper and pencil game. The main target is to place 4 ball sequentially. Two players have his own color ball. In each move of player, they can place their ball to the possible place. When a player can make 4 ball of his color sequentially, he will win.
Those Paper and pencil games may also be used to improve social skills through friendly competition and to facilitate bonding between friends and family members.
