Starting from the well-known and open source app Droidfish we have added the functionality to support all our electronic chessboards. The game functions, books engines and analysis of CertabOdroid are exactly the same as Droidfish but now it is possible, very simply, to connect and play with any of our Certabo chessboards. The app works with any Certabo chessboard.
The use is very simple connect the board to the phone or tablet. On left menu you will find connect to Certabo board button, press it and the phone or tablet will automatically be connected to the chessboard over OTG. By default the playing side is the white on the bottom side of the chesboard (usb connector side), if you want to play with white just start game as white and just wait for message to start playing. If you want to play with black instead with black, place them on the bottom side and start the game playing as black the app reads the board at any start-up to map pieces accordingly color you have chose to play with. Enjoy
