描述
The author of this app has played Tien Gow for over thirty years. After a substantial amount of research and literature review, he has compiled a set of standard rules for Tien Gow and published them in his weblog. Virtually all existing Tien Gow games running on Android or iOS systems are fully or partially based on this set of rules. And T9 is an implementation of this reference standard.

* support for single-player or local multi-player games over Bluetooth
* support for standard and variant rules
* the interface adopts an unconventional "game record layout" that allows players to easily review what have been played in previous rounds.
