Each level is a challenge, and every map is an adventure. You’ll need to guess where different countries and cities are located. The simple mechanics make the game accessible to everyone — from students to adults who want to test how well they know the planet. But behind this simplicity lies real geographic training, where every second and every bit of precision matters.
In Point Map, everything begins with choosing the difficulty level. On the easy level, you identify continents; on medium — countries; on hard — cities; and on the “psycho” level, you have to point out rivers or mountain ranges. After the start, you see a globe and a name — for example, “Nigeria.” All that’s left is to place your pin in the correct spot. If you hit accurately, the map lights up green; if not — red, and you can try again. This dynamic keeps you focused and helps you quickly memorize the locations of different countries.
The process of controlling the map brings special pleasure. You can zoom in, move the map, and carefully set your pin where the target should be. Sometimes you need to slightly lift your marker — to place your pin right over the correct area and fix it precisely.
Every hit is a small triumph. With each round, you improve your sense of scale and direction. At the beginning, you might miss an entire continent, but gradually you start confidently placing your pin on the right spot and guessing from the first try. The game becomes a kind of geography memory trainer — simple, yet addictive.
