Beskrivelse
El videojuego se desarrolló a partir de insumos de campo recopilados en cuatro comunidades educativas de la ciudad de Barranquilla (Colombia). Estas fueron: 1) Brisas del Río; 2) Ciudadela 20 de Julio; 3) Evardo Turizo Palencia; 4) Mundo Bolivariano. En total, los estudiantes vinculados al proceso fueron 120.
Fruto de este trabajo conjunto, el equipo de proyecto desarrolló el videojuego serio ProjectMe, un software educativo a partir del cual los y las jóvenes podrán trabajar en su proyecto de vida a lo largo de cuatro niveles que cuenta con dos dimensiones: 1) entretenimiento, misiones de plataforma enfocadas en retos de habilidad en los que el usuario deberá lograr su objetivo en un tiempo limitado, contando con misiones de plataforma y runner; 2) proyecto de vida, al final de cada nivel el usuario trabajará en una interfaz diseñada para registrar de manera escrita y guiada los elementos fundamentales para la construcción de un proyecto de vida. Al final de la trama, el usuario habrá construido un proyecto de vida que recopila objetivos, estrategias de trabajo, hábitos y valores asociados.
El videojuego ha sido construido considerando el proyecto de vida como una actitud que cuenta con los siguientes elementos:
Emocional (nivel 01), todo proyecto de vida involucra y genera sentimientos.
Cognitiva (nivel 02), identificar nuestro lugar en el mundo solo es posible gracias a los saberes que adquirimos a lo largo de nuestra vida.
Comportamental (nivel 03), para mantenernos en el camino que hemos elegido son necesarios hábitos físicos y emocionales que garanticen el bienestar.
Comunitario (nivel 04), compartir con los demás nuestro proyecto de vida ofrece la oportunidad de profundizar el aprendizaje sobre lo hecho y de encontrar formas de alcanzar nuestros objetivos.
Narrativa
La historia inicia cuando el personaje principal, cuyo nombre debe ser ingresado por el usuario, se da cuenta que hay unos vándalos que han ingresado a su colegio. Estas personas están dañando las instalaciones y robándose algunas cosas justo cuando hay una visita del supervisor de la Secretaría de Educación, quien al ver lo hecho manifiesta que de no cambiar la situación el colegio deberá ser cerrado por no ser un lugar seguro para los y las jóvenes ¿Será que podrá evitar que cierren el colegio? Eso es algo que solo podrás resolver al llegar al final de la historia.
