How to Play:
N-Back Pro isn’t just a relaxing game—it’s a mental workout. The goal is to remember and match sequences of stimuli presented on the screen (like positions, sounds, or objects) with those that appeared "n" steps earlier. To gain results, it is recommended to train for about 20 minutes a day. Stay consistent and repeatedly play the same levels and sessions until you’ve mastered them. Only move on to the next level once you’re comfortable with your performance. This process helps strengthen your cognitive endurance and ensures long-term improvements in memory, focus, and overall cognitive abilities.
