Greatly increased the reward chest room chance per level. Guaranteed 1 or more on dungeon size medium and up.
Added Skill Point Scrolls to the loot pool.
Added Skill Points for killing the following enemies: Miniboss = 1, Boss = 2, Ultra Rare & Story Boss = 3.
Story boss difficulty increased.
Boss kills are now required to pass certain levels.
Sub levels refactored so rooms are hidden.
Some additional bug fixes.
