2. Each player is given a secret role:
• Civilian - are the majority and must work together to find the maffia.
• Nurse - can protect one player from being eliminated by the maffia each round.
• Detective - has the ability investigate one player each round to determine if they are the maffia.
• Maffia - is trying to infiltrate the group and must blend in with the civilians while trying to eliminate them.
• Storyteller - guides the game, narrating events and ensuring the rules are followed.
