A blacklight is a lamp that emits long wave ultra-violet light and not much visible light, they are required to observe fluorescence since other types of ultraviolet lamps emit visible light which drowns out the dim fluorescent glow. Black light is commonly used in detectly Art Fraud , antique forgeries and counterfeit banknotes. In addition it also has a lot of other uses which include: Criminology, glow paint effects, disco lighting, mold inspection and even detecting scorpions as many species glow under UV lamps!
This application simulates a blacklight perfectly by shining 120 individual LED bulbs with just one touch of your screen. Make everyone believe you can check their money for fake notes, or scan their favourite painting to see if its a forgery! They will all wish they had one when they see you checking your tent for scorpions on your next camping trip.
This application has the added feature of a UV filter, you can adjust the intensity of the blue light emitted or to light up further distances you can turn it off completely.
There are also 3 different scan modes you can activate to simulate a scanning function, whether your combing through an area or testing your friends money for fakes while they worryingly look on this is the tool for you.
