Define your workflow – Create, remove, rename or switch the steps in your workflow as needed. Or, use our pre-determined workflow. The choice is yours.

Define your inspections – Determine which inspection items are needed in your service department. You can even define the display name of each item.

Service Description Management – Don’t like the wording of the service description for an inspection item? Change it! You can decide what sounds best when communicating any recommended services to your customers.

QUICK TURN-AROUND – Using Affnitiv MPI, you can quickly send an approval request to your customers via email or SMS. As soon as they approve a service, the system is instantly updated.
