Functies:
- Live overdracht van posities en statusberichten van het voertuig naar het Eurotracs eConnect-platform
- Statusmeldingen: aankomst, begin laden, einde laden, vertrek, begin lossen, einde lossen
- Lees en verzend berichten van en naar het hoofdkantoor
- Bekijk en verstuur bijlagen zoals afbeeldingen of pdf's
- Orderverwerking
- Een bestelling wordt aangemaakt op het eConnect-platform en krijgt een vijfcijferig bestelnummer. Deze rit wordt via sms of e-mail aan de chauffeur of dispatcher meegedeeld.
- De chauffeur logt in op de eConnect-app op zijn terminal met toegang tot de bestelling (vijfcijferig bestelnummer en pincode).
- ETA (geschatte aankomsttijd) kan handmatig worden ingevoerd.
- Positierapporten worden automatisch online verzonden met gedefinieerde intervallen en weergegeven op het eConnect-platform.
- Alle deelnemers aan de toeleveringsketen ontvangen real-time statusberichten en positiegegevens op het eConnect-platform, waardoor ze op de hoogte blijven in de hele toeleveringsketen.
