mCarFix App is revolutionizing the entire transport sector globally. The technology not only captures and records a vehicle’s servicing sessions but also keeps track of the vehicle’s maintenance status and notifies the owner and the servicing centre when servicing is due while also managing the booking program. The disruptive app also connects motorists with credible auto stockists, insurance providers, police, and motor vehicle dealers around the world thus making it a one-stop shop for the motorist. .
Benefits of mCarFix App
‘The Dashboard’:
The ‘Name Tag’ at the top depicts ownership of the customized services that the App provides from the motor vehicle ecosystems wherever you are located.
The ‘Market Place’ is your showroom or car yard where you sell your vehicle or shop for new ones. If you are subscribed to the mCarFix Platform, all that is required of you is to post your vehicle details in the mCarFix Market Place and the system brings prospective customers to you. It also links you to our mCarFix Media platform where you able to see the latest features of the App and also exchange ideas about the platform.
The ‘Stolen Vehicle’ button is a real-time display of vehicles reported stolen by mCarFix users. Once posted all mCarFix App users; including police and Insurance providers, are instantly notified.
The ‘Spare Parts’ button connects you with auto stockists that sell spare parts suitable for your car.
The ‘Book Service’ button connects you with servicing centres near you whenever you need to service your vehicle.
The ‘Auto Garage’ button connects you with verified auto garages near you whenever you need to have your car repaired. Please note; Basic Garages only repair vehicles but do not sell vehicle spare parts while Premium Garages repair vehicles and sell spare parts too.
The ‘Emergence Services’ button links you up with emergency service providers near you whenever there is a need.
The ‘OBD’ button is an onboard diagnostic tool that displays information about the current status of your vehicle. It uses Bluetooth capability.
The ‘Other Services’ button opens the user to more services that the mCarFix provides. These services include:
The ‘Problem/Symptom’ feature; this feature lets you identify the problems that you believe your vehicle could be having. Upon establishing the symptom, the system connects you with the nearby verified mechanics to solve the problem.
The ‘My Order History’ feature displays the spare parts purchase you that you made within a given time.
The ‘Generate Report’ feature displays a record of how you have been maintaining your vehicle overtime.
The ‘Renew Insurance’ feature links you up with insurance providers whenever you need to renew your vehicle insurance. It also keeps you updated on the insurance status of your vehicle.
The ‘Report Theft’ feature lets you report the theft of your vehicle to the nearest police station in case the unfortunate happens. It also shares the theft report with your insurance provider.
The ‘Report Accident’ feature lets you report an accident that involves your vehicle to the nearest police station. It also shares the accident report with your insurance provider and your next of kin.
The ‘Menu Bar’ provides more services to you which include; Vehicle Owners Forum, News and Articles, Car Financing, Traffic Rules and Penalties, Specialists Services, etc.
The mCarFix Motorists App is free for those services that do not require the use of your Vehicle Registration Number or its VIN.
