The app is user-friendly, reliable and secure, allowing you to carry out consistent and professional installations for your customers.
Once you have installed a domestic Solo 3S, you can use the app to:
- Configure the charger’s settings
- Get live readings
- Connect the charger to the customer’s Wi-Fi
- Diagnose faults
Plus, by configuring and registering the charger with Pod Point through the app, our customer service team will handle all customer issues remotely on your behalf.
Please note: This app should be used only to install a domestic Solo 3S. For domestic or commercial Solo 3 installations, please search 'Domestic Installer Guidance' on pod-point.com.
Pod Point Installer is only for the use of qualified electricians in the country of installation. For further information refer to the Legal Notice in the installation guide of the product you're installing.
