描述
Với các trạm Vinmart, nhân viên có thể thực hiện nghiệp vụ:
- Thanh toán cước thuê pin
- Đổi Pin cho khách hàng
- Nhận Pin từ khách hàng, nhân viên vận hành và kho tổng
Với showroom và đại lý uỷ quyền VinFast, ngoài các nghiệp vụ giống trạm pin Vinmart, nhân viên giao dịch còn có thể thực hiện được nghiệp vụ:
- Đăng ký hợp đồng và gói cước
- Đổi chủ xe
Với nhân viên vận hành VinFast, VinFast POS hỗ trợ các nghiệp vụ:
- Nhận Pin từ trạm
- Cứu hộ Pin
Với ứng dụng VinFast POS, nhân viên giao dịch và vận hành VinFast sẽ được hỗ trợ tốt hơn trong việc hoàn thành công việc với các thao tác đơn giản và tiện lợi.
