Our app offers a range of features to optimize your charging sessions. Start and stop charge, check charging progress, and view your charging history with our mobile access control feature. We also offer flexible payment options such as credit/debit cards or e-wallets, and the ability to store your payment details on the app for quick access to charging stations.
With our reservation feature, you can reserve a charging slot before reaching the station, saving time and ensuring space on arrival. Our usage history feature provides detailed information about your charging sessions, energy consumption patterns, and expense monitoring.
In case of any issues with a charging station, our troubleshooting feature allows you to notify customer support directly from the app. Our support team is available 24/7 to provide quick response and assistance.
