Larcier Code

Practical, immediate and free, this application guarantees you an update of your code until the next paper edition.
The application is available for most codes published since June 2018 in the collections: “Codes Larcier” (all volumes), “Larcier Wetboeken” (all volumes), “Codes Essentiels”, “Essentiële Wetboeken”, “Codes Annotés”, “Geannoteerde Wetboeken”, Collections “Custom codes” and “Wetboeken op maat”.
In order to be able to freely access all the up-to-date legislation of your code, it is necessary to enter the activation key which appears on the back of your code. The activation key can only be activated once by a single user who has purchased the paper version. You need a personal account to access the application and an activation code to view and access the content. Activation is unique and individual. Once activated, you will be able to access the code as often as you wish and as long as the printed version of your code is not superseded by a newer edition, with a maximum of two years.

In accordance with the general policy of fair use of the application, Lefebvre Sarrut Belgium is a commercial company, with private capital, which is not linked to any administrative or governmental authority.

The legal texts used in this collection have been copied from the Belgian Federal Public Service (www.ejustice.just.fgov.be). The legal texts as published in this collection represent the original editorial content of Lefebvre Sarrut Belgium, giving it the exclusive editorial rights to exploit the intellectual property contained in these works. Consequently, the use of the works comprising this collection is legal and complies with current regulations in the field of intellectual property.

However, it should be noted that the legal texts on which Lefebvre Sarrut Belgium worked to create its edition are not protected by intellectual property regulations, in accordance with the Belgian law of May 4, 2016 (as amended by the law of December 25, 2023) relating to open data and the reuse of public sector information transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1024 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 20, 2019.
