In this book author has discussed about 7 habits of highly effective and successful people. Here are the 7 habits :
1. Be proactive : This is the 1st habit. Become super active. Take risk of your decision. Make it happen.
2. Begin with the end in mind : Hope for the best but prepare for the worst. Figure out the worst case scenario
3. Put first things first : Do the first and important things in the morning
4. Think win/win : Find the win win situation for you and your customers.
5. Seek to understand first, before making yourself understood : Understand your goals and purpose before you get started.
6. Learn to synergize : You have to know how to make balance between your work and personal life.
7. Sharpen the saw : Keep pushing your self.
