The employee kiosk app is fast and smart, making it easy for your employees to clock on and off for work. Employee clockings sync with your chosen Aussie Time Sheets Software over your local network. The employee kiosk app is designed and supported in Australia for Aussie businesses.
The employee kiosk features facial recognition and pin-code clocking. No touch, contactless clocking is perfect for hygienic workplaces like healthcare, medical centres, hospitals and dental clinics or any manufacturing workplaces that leave fingerprints worn or damaged.
The employee kiosk app comes with our supported Lenovo tablet model, included with your purchase. Easily mount the tablet to the wall with the Nexus wall mount bracket included with your purchase. The wall mount bracket allows you to easily secure your tablet to the wall in a team break room, office or entryway.
Connect your employee kiosk app to your chosen Aussie Time Sheets software solution to retrieve the employee time logs.
How it Works:
At the start and end of each shift, employees approach a tablet that can be wall-mounted or handheld, which they can verify with facial recognition. Employees can accurately and reliably record their clocks on or off for work in seconds. Facial recognition will eliminate 'buddy punching' and 'time fraud'. The captured times flow directly into your Aussie Time Sheet software, automatically applying breaks, rounding and award calculations, ensuring employees get paid accurately.
