Description
BISoN represents a new generation of intranet business portals, which are used primarily for internal communication in the company. The solution is suitable for medium and large companies that want to simplify and strengthen the activity of internal communication and information dissemination.
One of the key problems in larger organizations is the correct and timely informing of employees. Most existing intranet portals are basically obsolete, as they allow only one-way distribution of static information. Internal newsletters do not provide enough up-to-date information about what is happening in the company, nor do they provide the ability to react to content. Therefore, most companies today do not even know if certain information reaches employees at all. It is even more difficult to transfer information properly in multilingual organizations that are spread across multiple locations.
The basic communication part of the application is modeled after social networks: the editors of the internal portal have the opportunity to publish content, galleries, and videos, and employees can comment on the published content and like it. Posts can be easily translated into multiple languages and published in different communities so that each employee is always shown the relevant content according to his settings, posts can also be scheduled.
Employees are involved in what is happening within the company, and each employee can express their opinion about an individual event or content. In this way, we build positive connections of employees with the company. The platform promotes democratization, and the functions of social networks enable the gamification of the workplace.
BISoN is especially suitable for companies that are physically fragmented into several business units or even countries. It enables multilingual communication and segmentation of communication according to branches or the country, and above all, it will facilitate the flow of information in companies with more than 50 employees.
BISoN primarily solves the problem of internal communication within the company. But that's not all. There are also functionalities that facilitate daily internal operations and are an integral part of classic intranet portals. Reservation modules enable transparent reservation and management of meeting rooms, vehicle fleet, holiday capacities, events, and more. The intranet portal also contains solutions that facilitate the daily organization of work, such as. display local weather, a transparent directory of employees, a common calendar interface, event galleries, distribution of documents to employees, and much more.
The system is supported by modern technological solutions such as a semantic search engine for all content, the ability to display content on TV screens, and we have also developed a special mobile Android application for access to employees via tablet or mobile phone.
