Bitsila is the leading seller marketplace for ONDC and any business can register on Bitsila to get onboarded to ONDC and start getting orders.
The Bitsila Packer app is developed to help staff who manage the orders start from Accepting the order to marking the orders ready by preparing & packing items. It is a powerful app that shows the list of the items that need to be packed along with relevant details like quantity, color, etc and businesses can use this to streamline their order fulfillment.

Single screen to manage all the orders placed from any channel such as ONDC, Website, Mobile App, QR code, Channel Manager, Social media or Instore.
Complete Order Details
Ordered items with their image and unit, variants, customization and price to ensure accurate & efficient packing.
Modify Orders
Easily Replace or remove the ordered items with any other available items in the order and it will automatically adjust the inventory.
Inventory Management
Mark the item out of stock or update their current inventory to keep inventory upto date.
Order Status Update
Update the order status with a single tap.
Additionally, it will show any notes customers have added about orders.
Packer app can be used by Supermarkets, Grocery shops, Fruit and Vegetable Shops, Malls, and other retail businesses.
