描述
De DigiOffice DMS App heeft weergaven voor ‘alle’, ‘mijn’ en ‘favoriete’ documenten. Hiermee heeft u altijd en overal inzage in documenten die in DigiOffice DMS geregistreerd zijn. De taken- en documentenlijsten zijn bovendien geoptimaliseerd voor het gebruik van grote lijsten. Het zoeken wordt op de server uitgevoerd. Ook is infinite scrolling toegepast dat ervoor zorgt dat zoekresultaten automatisch bijgeladen worden op het moment dat het einde van de ingeladen lijst nadert.
De app is een uitbreiding op uw DigiOffice DMS omgeving. Installeer deze app niet als uw bedrijf niet over DigiOffice DMS beschikt.
Gebruik DigiOffice DMS App in de praktijk
De app beschikt standaard over de volgende documentweergaven:
• Alle documenten
• Mijn documenten
• Favoriete documenten
• Mijn openstaande taken
• Mijn informatieve taken
• Mijn uitgestelde taken
• Mijn voltooide taken
• Mijn waargenomen taken
In de lijst met documenttaken ziet u direct of een voorbeeldweergave beschikbaar is en of er opmerkingen zijn geplaatst. Na het tikken op een documenttaak wordt de voorbeeldweergave getoond met daarbij functies voor het inzien en toevoegen van opmerkingen, het voltooien van de taak en het inzien van detailgegevens van het document en de taak.
Na het voltooien van een taak wordt direct de volgende taak getoond. Dit herhaalt zich totdat alle taken zijn voltooid. Als alle taken voltooid zijn, keert u terug naar de lijstweergave.

• Azure Active Directory
• DigiOffice API Gateway website in DMZ zone
• DigiOffice API Services website in Intranet zone
• Actief gebruik module DigiOffice Werkstromen
