Timegate synchronizes the recorded times instantly with your Timesheet Cloud account,

⚫ Mobil and stationary
Just use one Android device with Timegate to capture the time entries of all employees, this can be done mobile on site or stationary in the office.
⚫ Also offline available
Do not worry, even when Timegate is not connected to the Internet your times are not lost of course, they are directly synchronized into the cloud at the next time an internet connection is available.
⚫ Cost efficient
Download the app - create a Timesheet Cloud account - capture times
No individual registration necessary. Log in to Timegate as a Timesheet Cloud Admin, and all employees can sign up with just a single tap.
⚫ Project manager features
Used mobile, a project manager can book several staff members on his projects in seconds by using Long Tap.
By this, correct accountings are guaranteed and abuse is prevented. Even if several employees arrive together at the same time or have a break this feature is very useful.
⚫ NFC Chips replace the stamp card
Optionally, you can use Timegate on an NFC-enabled Android device with NFC-chip.
Personal NFC-chips will be assigned your employees. Just briefly hold on to the device, and the timer is started or ended. Faster than ever! Of course, you can use Timegate even without NFC, all functions are to be used also via touchscreen.
