- Shore-side users receive both audit plans and templates from the API.
- Shipboard users download templates via API, then manually create plans and map templates.
- Audit templates contain four types of structured questions to support thorough inspections.
- Each question supports additional fields like Info Remarks, Memo, Add Image, and more.
- Users complete all template questions during the audit phase.
- After the audit, mandatory fields in the Report of Findings must be filled.
- Audits can be performed entirely offline after downloading the required data.
- Completed audits are manually uploaded to the web platform by the user.
- Uploaded data is accessible via a centralized web dashboard for review, reporting, and archival.
