Experience features that make dispatching a customer-friendly, simple and efficient process – no training or learning is needed.
1. Dispatch board designed to give the administrator a 360 0 view of all operations – simple yet powerful, intuitive navigation, compact layout, pleasant color scheme, and unique interface. Outfleet is compatible with most devices currently in use.
2. Manage all delivery tasks efficiently and effortlessly with Outfleet delivery
management software – assign multiple deliveries from multiple points, withdraw assignments selectively or completely, reassign work to another deliverer (drivers included), get delivery acknowledged by the recipient, with customer details, and get a map view of all process as it happens.
3. Manage delivery teams and drivers – get round-the-clock driver geo-location information, on-screen delivery agent monitoring, add or edit agent (driver) profile, current driver assignments being handled, time taken for completing tasks, availability for a planned delivery, status such as busy, free or not on duty, and add (or remove) a delivery agent.
4. Keep your customers updated with the Outfleet delivery management system from the time of order up to delivery. Your team can send automated Push notifications, estimated delivery schedules; delivery agent's phone numbers; accept special instructions, and update customers regarding service-related problems.
5. Advanced task management – change and reschedule your delivery agents, assign multiple tasks (pick up and deliver), give customer-specific instructions, multi-point delivery scheduling, and make changes to assigned deliveries.
6. Match drivers to particular delivery tasks – ideally great for segregating drivers into categories and assigning driver-matched assignments.
7. Map View by delivery tasks (task status with delivery type) and drivers (available, busy and free status).
8. Advanced app settings.
