Q-Skills3D teaches the fundamentals of Continuous Improvement needed to improve quality in the workplace. It uses edutainment with interactive 3D games and exercises, to motivate and engage employees.
Q-Skills3D is perfect for new hires or to revitalize a quality program for all employees. It may be used before classroom or as a post classroom takeaway.
Q-Skills3D games, examples and interactive exercises are generic and are designed to be able to be used by all employees in any department in any industry.
Q-Skills3D has about 8 hours self paced learning and is equivalent to a 2 day classroom course. It covers: how to use course; objectives; introduction to quality; methodologies; variation; voice of the customer/process; introduction to Lean; 8 wastes; 5S; Poka Yoke; Load balance; TAKT; Kanban; Value Stream Mapping; Process Mapping; Problem Definition; Brainstorming; Affinity Diagrams; Sampling; Check Sheets; Pie Charts; Pareto Charts; Cause and Effect; Looking for causes; Problem Solving; Process Cause and Effect; Run Charts; Bar Charts; Scattergrams; Histograms; Histogram Shapes, Interpretation and analysis; World Class Quality; Control Charts; Control Chart analysis; Quizzes on each topic; Mastery test.
Q-Skills3D Corporate costs less than 10% of the price of equivalent classroom training. It can be completed in half the time because employees work at their own pace. Q-Skills3D is far more entertaining and engaging than the classroom. A Telco’s 500 user survey of Q-Skills (2D) showed 96% preferred self paced to classroom training and 79% said they used the material daily.
