Comprehensive Delivery Verification:
Deliveries are verified through a combination of delivery images and GPS location data. This provides a robust, trackable record of each delivery that can be referenced later if necessary, helping resolve disputes and maintain accountability.
Delivery History:
A complete log of past deliveries, including parcel images and delivery locations, is stored securely for future reference. This delivery history can be accessed by authorized personnel, ensuring full transparency and auditability of deliveries.
User-Friendly Interface:
Signature Logistic’s interface is designed for ease of use, allowing delivery personnel to navigate the app quickly and manage their deliveries efficiently without a steep learning curve.
User Permissions:
Why We Request Camera and Location Access:
Signature Logistic requests access to your device’s camera and location services for two main reasons:
Camera Access: To capture images of delivered parcels for internal verification. These images serve as proof of delivery and ensure that the correct parcel is delivered to the right recipient.
Location Access: To record the GPS location when a parcel is delivered, confirming that it reached the correct destination. This feature adds another level of transparency and accountability to delivery operations.
Both permissions are essential to the app’s core functionality. They are used solely for delivery verification and are never shared with third parties.
Who Can Use Signature Logistic?
This app is exclusively for delivery personnel authorized by Signature Logistic Company. It is not available for public use. Only employees of MyAce, the logistics partner for Signature Logistic Company, can log in and use the app for managing deliveries.
Privacy and Security:
Signature Logistic takes user privacy seriously. All delivery data, including images and GPS coordinates, is securely encrypted and stored within the company’s system. Only authorized personnel have access to this data for internal delivery verification purposes. No data is shared with third parties, and all data handling complies with privacy regulations.
Permissions Overview:
