The notebook goes missing. The challan for 40 bags of cement is in somebody's pocket. Nobody wrote down what the mason was paid on Tuesday. And when the RA bill comes back short-paid, there is no measurement to argue with.

That is where site money actually goes. Not on rates. On records.

SiteHisab keeps the record - labour, material, bills and money, dated, itemised and added up in one place.

THE PLAIN TERMS, FIRST

- You pay for the app once. No subscription and nothing renews.
- No in-app purchases and no ads.
- One account opens SiteHisab on your phone, in any browser, and on the SiteHisab Windows desktop app.
- Runs in English, Hindi or Hinglish.

DAILY SITE HISAB

- Labour muster: mistri and helper counts per day at your rates, with overtime, khoraki and advances, marked paid or unpaid
- Material received with the challan slip attached, tallied supplier-wise, so you can see what arrived but was never billed
- Site works outside the BOQ, and a dated record of the day

BOQ, QUANTITIES AND BBS

- Upload the BOQ you already have (XLSX, CSV or PDF), or build one from a 6,768-item published state PWD Schedule of Rates master
- Quantity takeoff floor by floor - foundation, typical floor, brickwork, plaster, finishes - into a generated BOQ you can edit
- Bar bending schedules for footings, columns, beams and slabs: cutting length, number of bars, d2/162 unit weight, wastage and final kg, formula on every row
- A rate library, a machines, tackles and plant register, and one directory of contractors and suppliers

RA BILLS, GST AND TDS

- Running-account bills measured against your BOQ: this bill's quantity, cumulative, balance, rate, amount, paid and due, line by line
- Gross, GST, TDS and net payable worked out instead of guessed, on RA and supplier bills
- Work orders against your parties, with what falls due when
- Raise the bills as a contractor, or check the bills your contractors submit

MONEY

- A cash book with every rupee in and out and a running balance after each row
- What you owe against what you are owed
- Flat bookings, payment plans and collections for developer projects

TALK TO AI

Type an ordinary sentence in Hindi, Hinglish or English - "aaj 5 mistri 3 helper" or "40 bag cement aaya 380 ka rate" - and the assistant files it into the right register for you to check before it is saved. It also answers questions about your own site's figures, and is not metered.

Photograph a bill or challan and it reads the vendor, amount and GST into a voucher you approve.

DRAWINGS TO QUANTITIES

Upload a structural drawing and have it read into members, quantities and a bar bending schedule with cutting lengths and steel weights. Your engineer reviews it member by member - nothing enters a register until it is accepted. Drawing reads are the one metered thing here: each read spends one AI credit from your balance. Everything else is unmetered.

REPORTS AND FILES

Every register prints on your own letterhead or exports to CSV. Challans, drawings, bills and exports land in a dated Documents tab and open in one viewer, so the paper stays attached to the entry instead of a chat thread on somebody's phone.

YOUR DATA

- One permission: internet. No contacts, no location, no background tracking.
- Your projects sit in your own account on Google Firebase, synced across your devices.
- Account, then Danger zone, permanently deletes your login, every project and every file.
- CSV export is built in, so your records can leave with you. We do not sell your data.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO

The phone app needs a working internet connection; the Windows app runs offline. The AI drafts, you confirm. And SiteHisab is not an accounting or tax-filing package - it is the site's own hisab, kept properly.
