Mit der kostenlosen HERO Doku App für die Baustellendokumentation können Sie noch auf der Baustelle spielend einfach Ihre Arbeit dokumentieren – intuitiv, mobil von unterwegs und ganzheitlich. Zur Dokumentation in HERO Doku dienen Bilder, Texteingaben, Wetterinformationen sowie Dokumente.
Da HERO Doku vollständig in der Cloud betrieben wird, synchronisieren sich alle Informationen zur Baustellendokumentation ganz automatisch mit dem Computer im Büro.

So funktioniert die App
Mit dem HERO Doku kommen Sie Ihrer Pflicht zur Dokumentation spielend einfach nach. Schließlich liegt die Beweispflicht in vielen Fällen beim Handwerker. Per Knopfdruck lassen sich beliebig viele Projekte anlegen, die mit Projektdetails, Notizen und Fotos angereicht werden können. Jedes Projekt verfügt über einen Projektfeed, in dem chronologisch alle Projektinfos abgebildet werden.
Im Unternehmensfeed werden darüber hinaus projektübergreifend alle wichtigen Infos dargestellt. Damit alle Monteure ihr Projekt selbständig dokumentieren können, können Sie gratis weitere Mitarbeiter zu Ihrem Firmenaccount hinzufügen.
Nach dem Abschluss eines Projektes können Sie den gesamten Projektfeed als fertige Dokumentation inkl. Inhaltsverzeichnis für die Ablage und Archivierung herunterladen.
Installation
Der HERO Doku ist kostenlos. Für die Inbetriebnahme ist ein HERO Account erforderlich, welcher direkt in der App mit Angabe Ihrer E-Mailadresse angelegt werden kann. Nach der Verifizierung Ihrer E-Mailadresse ist die HERO Doku App einsatzbereit.
