TIMBRA Geo è un'app innovativa, semplice e intuitiva che permette a ogni azienda di geolocalizzare, raccogliere e gestire le timbrature dei propri dipendenti e dei propri collaboratori.
Grazie a questa applicazione il dipendente potrà "timbrare il cartellino" attraverso il suo smartphone oppure tramite badge con il supporto della tecnologia nfc.
Sei un'azienda con dipendenti che lavorano in sede?
Scarica l'applicazione su un tablet il quale diventerà il tuo sistema di rilevazione presenze: i dipendenti potranno timbrare ogni giorno con il proprio badge.
Sei un'azienda con dipendenti fuori sede?
Dai loro la possibilità di scaricare l'applicazione sul proprio smartphone, trasformandolo in un badge geolocalizzato. In ogni momento e ovunque il dipendente potrà accedere al suo account personale, timbrare e trasmettere i dati di presenza.
Sei un responsabile di cantiere?
Scarica l'applicazione sul tuo tablet o smartphone e trasformalo in un sistema di rilevazione presenze portatile. Ogni dipendente potrà con il suo badge timbrare direttamente sul cantiere.
L'addetto alla verifica delle timbrature potrà attraverso il nostro portale web www.timbraturamobile.com vedere in tempo reale tutte le timbrature fino ad ora raccolte ed eseguire eventuali controlli.
Ricapitolando, proponiamo un prodotto che con pochi e semplici passaggi permetterà al responsabile di accedere alle timbrature e ai profili dei dipendenti, e al dipende di poter comunicare l'inizio e la fine dei proprio lavoro con il solo ausilio del proprio smartphone.
