Araç görev emri oluşturulması sırasında göreve ait başlangıç noktası, bitiş noktası, tarih-saat, açıklama, yolcu detay bilgi girişi yapılmaktadır.
Oluşturulan talepler, kayıt oluşturan kullanıcıya, yöneticisine ve sürücüye talep durumunun rahat takip edilebilmesi için bildirim yolu ile haber verilmektedir.
Kullanıcılar kendilerini almaya gelecek olan aracın konumunu anlık olarak harita üzerinden takip edebilecektir, sürücüler de uygulama aracılığı ile yolcuları almak için rota çizilebilmektedir.
Bu veriler doğrultusunda çalışma süresi, yapılan km bilgisi, harcanan yakıt miktarı, onaylanan, iptal edilen talep sayıları gibi raporlara ulaşılabilmektedir.
